We focus on breeding dogs that have enough working drive and ability to keep up with our lifestyle, but also have amazing temperaments and can quickly adapt to a calm family setting. We pride ourselves in breeding healthy, socialized, and well integrated Miniature Australian Shepherds that are fully ready for their new family's home! With many years experience as a veterinary technician and working with this breed, we bring excellence in education as well as knowledge in safe, responsible, and ethical breeding practices. At Yarborough Kennels, we prioritize the health and well-being of our dogs and their offspring first and foremost. All of our breeding dogs are genetically health tested and registered with professional associations. All of our puppies are raised in our home with our six children and exposed to various indoor animals as well as livestock in their time with us. They are given their proper vaccinations as well as prophylactic deworming at age appropriate intervals. We also offer to have your new puppy microchipped at no extra charge to you. Your new baby will go home with a canvas bag full of goodies that include a bed, blanket, Purina puppy pack, treats, food, toys, health record, shampoo, etc. We have also partnered with Trupanion Pet Insurance and your puppy will go home with a free 30 days of the highest tier pet insurance offered. Recently, we have also partnered with Nuvet Labs to begin giving our puppies the best vitamin nutrients at the earliest age possible. You will also go home with the supplements that we start them on to ensure a healthy transition from mom to their new home.
